چکیده
The European goal to reach carbon neutrality in 2050 has further put the focus on construction sector, which is responsible for great impacts environment, and new sustainable solutions renovate existing building stock are currently under development. In this paper, AdESA (Adeguamento Energetico Sismico ed Architettonico, Italian) system, a holistic retrofit technique integrated renovation of buildings, presented. system was developed by consortium enterprises universities applied pilot building. consists dry, modular flexible shell exoskeleton that implements different layers depending needs (cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels structural retrofit, thermal insulation energy efficiency amelioration, claddings architectural restyling). order foster actual sustainability, solution contextually targets eco-efficiency, safety resilience. To end, not only couples interventions reduce operating costs, but it also conceived compliance with life cycle thinking (LCT) principles throughout remaining service (from time end its life). designed be easily mountable demountable allow reuse/recycling components at adopting macro-prefabricated dry standardized connections, damage caused earthquakes reducing allowed inter-story drift, amassing possible into sacrificial replaceable elements. paper describes from multidisciplinary perspective effective application deep an gymnasium hall.

This paper is a prospective study which looks at the possibility of configuring high performance renovation of apartment buildings by the use of constraint satisfaction problem (CSP). This study is one part of a project called CRIBA which aims to industrialize high performance thermal renovation of mid-rise (up to seven stories) apartment buildings. The renovation is based on external rectangul...
متن کاملSeismic Vulnerability Assessment of Existing Rc Buildings in Gis Environment
With rapid population growth over the past 30 years and no significance seismic activity during this period, the unchecked development of the built environment in Bangladesh has been resulted in little resilience to earthquake. Identifying buildings due to this unchecked development that has high vulnerability is of critical importance both for reliable loss estimation as a result of an expecte...
متن کاملEfficiency of strengthening techniques assessed for existing masonry buildings
The Azores archipelago is a zone with a vast cultural heritage, presenting a building stock mainly constructed in traditional stone masonry. It is known that this type of construction exhibits poor behaviour under seismic excitations; however it is extensively used in seismic prone areas, such as this case. The 9th of July of 1998 earthquake was the last seismic event in the islands, leaving ma...
